Unit 108, 650 square feet: This retail location is on the ground floor, looking out into the courtyard. This space is plumbed with a sink.

Unit 110, 770 square feet: Great retail location on the ground floor, looking out into the courtyard.

Unit 112, 642 square feet: This retail space is on the ground floor near where the trolley shuttle unloads passengers.

Unit 212, 711 square feet: Upstairs on the northern side of the mall. It currently has a waiting room area with an open window into a reception desk area. It has three more rooms, and a bathroom with shower. Not included in the square footage is a loft storage area. This space has three in-wall air conditioners. This is the space that was recently the Harbor Mall office.

Unit 215, 351 square feet: This space was recently vacated by Coast Surveyors. It is upstairs on the northern side of the mall, near the stairwell. It's perfect for someone needing a smaller office space. This space is $900 per month plus tax.

Outdoor Event Space Across the stream to the side and behind Harbor Mall is a large grassy area perfect for your outdoor event, party or luau. Night time events are especially lovely here beside the Nawiliwili stream. Take advantage of our parking area; restrooms are available across a footbridge.
